About the firm
I bring big-firm sophistication to every client, with the attention of a firm that still answers its own phone.
Before opening Cypress Law, I practiced within AmLaw 100 firms, working across corporate governance, securities law, bankruptcy, and litigation.
Today, that background shapes how I advise clients here: estate plans built with a transactional eye, real estate deals structured to prevent disputes before they start, and entertainment clients whose name, image, and rights are protected from day one.
I earned my B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho, and my J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, where I served as President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and the Business Law Society.
